Chalk Farm

The house in Chalk Farm is a grade II listed mid-19th century semi-detached villa built in 1849.  It has recently changed hands and the new owners are looking forward to making the house their own.

Sarah has been appointed to carry out a heritage assessment of the building and to advise on the potential for works to the house given its listing and significance.  This includes visiting the house to assess the historic features, researching the development of the house and area to understand its historical and architectural significance as well as setting out principles for refurbishment and extension.
